Gallura Ambassadors

Our wines are born from the love for this land and the desire to promote an extremely valuable wine heritage that gives us a great wine such as Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
A unique terroir where the grapes grow to be healthy and flourishing, with very few treatments, using winemaking techniques that respect the raw material.

The aim is to produce wines that can tell the story of our unique and precious territory. Even when choosing the name, a reference to preciousness was sought, because this land is precious and deserves to be valued and described in all its facets.

Splendòri

VERMENTINO DI GALLURA DOCG

Splendòri is a Vermentino di Gallura wine that tastes like sea breeze, starlight and sparks of granite. Elements of air and earth that blend perfectly in a crescendo of feelings emerging in every glass. Shining spirit and seductive body embodied in the form of flowers and petals, saltiness, and soft silk.

Harvest period: Second decade of September

In white, with soft pressing and natural decanting of the musts. Maturation in 316 stainless steel containers for a period of about 6/7 months at controlled temperature and with frequent racking.

Sensory notes
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Full, intense flavour, with hints of ripe fruit and harmonious floral aromas. Soft and enveloping taste, pleasant flavour, and mineral notes evident.

Food Pairings
Fish dishes, shellfish and crudités, delicately seasoned dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Primòs

ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT RED

As strong as the waves of the sea and as gentle as the soul of Gallura. Dense with sun and granite, as warm as a day at the beach and as lively as a summer evening. Primòs is a wine of great envelopment that expresses itself in all its softness and olfactory charge of flowers and fruit. Fresh and pleasant, it offers unique sensations on the palate.

Harvest period: Third part of September

In red, with cold maceration at a temperature of 10°C for 4 days and inoculation of selected yeasts with fermentation at a temperature of 22/24°C. Maturation in 700 litre wooden barrels for about 4 months and a further 4 months in steel containers.

Sensory notes
Slightly garnet red colour with deep ruby highlights. It is full and fragrant on the nose with immediate hints of red berry fruits, with blackberry and blueberry predominating. Warm, soft, and harmonious on the palate, good tannic balance, and good taste-olfactory persistence.

Food Pairings
Red meat dishes, savoury first courses, roasts, and mature cheeses.

Almàs

VERMENTINO DI sardegna DOC extradry millesimato

Almàs is a sparkling wine made from Vermentino grapes that brings with it the verve of emerald nights and the cheerfulness of a day at the seaside. It sparkles like sunlight on the waves and is enchanting with its sparkling and elegant perlage in a crescendo of sensations that enliven every sip.

Sparkling: Charmat Method

In white, with soft pressing. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Foaming takes place in temperature-controlled autoclaves according to the Charmat method

Sensory notes
Straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage; intense, floral and fruity flavour. Smooth and harmonious on the palate, well balanced and delicately savoury.

Food Pairings
Suitable for any meal and ideal as an aperitif. It is a perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, shellfish, and crudités.
